Non-domestic water market event

20 Feb 2017

The Consumer Futures Unit at Citizens Advice Scotland is hosting its fourth non-domestic water market event on
28 February 2017, 10am - 2pm (lunch provided), at the Double Tree Hotel by Hilton in Edinburgh.

Being the only event of its kind in Scotland that brings non-domestic stakeholders together, this is a unique opportunity to engage in discussions and receive the latest information on recent market developments taking place. The event will focus on a Code of Practice for Licenced Providers in Scotland, and will provide delegates with an update on the market-opening for competition in England in April 2017.

Speakers include Jon Rathjen from the Scottish Government, John Reynolds (CEO Castle Water) who is also the chair of the Working Group developing the Code of Practice, as well as James Mackenzie from Consumer Council for Water. The event is for licensed providers, market regulators, and representatives from the business and charities sectors.

It will take place on Tuesday 28 February 2017 in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, 34 Bread Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9AF. Registration will be between 9.45 and 10am, and the formal programme will run between 10am and 1pm.

Please contact Dorota Chojnacka, Consumer Futures Unit Administrator, on 0131-550-1060, or by e-mail (Dorota.Chojnacka@cas.org.uk) if you would like to attend this event. Attendance is free of charge.
