Welcome to the Summer 2021 issue. We are taking a look at some of the refits and refurbs that have taken place across the network while we've been in lockdown. We also hear from colleagues on a range of topics including the Near Me video appointment tool,  in court mediation programmes, work underway to lobby on issues relating to Universal Credit and how the small grants fund helped one bureau embark on a successful volunteer recruitment campaign.
