An experienced benefits assistant is required for Musselburgh and District Citizens Advice Bureau. The role involves providing general admin support to the Benefits Officer, dealing with client files, handling calls from clients and liaising with HMCTS, DWP and JC+. You must have excellent computer and IT skill and be able to work with excel spreadsheets and local databases.
