The first contact will be with a General Adviser. If you need further help we will give you an appointment to speak to a specialist adviser.
Specialist Advice at the Bureau includes Debt Advice, Employment Enquiries, Fuel Poverty and Financial Capability for local groups or individuals. Appointments with our specialist advisers are made, when appropriate, after you have spoken to a general adviser.
