Irresponsible Lending - A Consultation Response to the OFT

CAS welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Office of Fair Trading’s (OFT) consultation paper on Irresponsible Lending. Scottish citizens advice bureaux report cases on all aspects of consumer lending, and it is an important area of concern for clients in the current economic set of circumstances.
