Training Officer - Citizens Advice Bureau West Lothian

An exciting opportunity has become available to join this dynamic team who are responsible for training volunteers across the CAB network. The project is popular and is in high demand you have the opportunity to contribute to the development of volunteers across Scotland.

To date the team has trained over 200 volunteers from across Scotland which has enabled Bureaux to increase their capacity to deliver essential advice to clients. This is a very worthwhile and rewarding job and an exciting time to join as the project looks at ways of expansion.

CAB West Lothian is seeking an experienced Training Officer to work with members of the CAB network to deliver training support for the recruitment of volunteer advisers.

This is an exciting role for candidates who are highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a commitment to the CAB ethos and volunteerism. The post requires excellent organisational and communication skills and successful candidates will have experience of working and supporting volunteers and have experience of delivering training using virtual platforms to a wide range of audiences.

Experience of advice delivery in a CAB setting would be advantageous but not essential.
