About the job

We have a vacancy for an adviser within our Help to Claim (Universal Credit) Service. For further details, please use the link at the bottom of this page to download the Job Description/Person Specification.

The role will operate on a shift pattern, covering Monday to Friday 07.45 – 19:00.

The role will require availability during holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter. The role will be operationally responsible to the Operations Officer at Citizens Advice Scotland, and line managed by the Bureau Manager.

We are open to this role being delivered from home, with the possibility of some days in the office as and when required.
