Drumchapel Citizens Advice Bureau is expanding its embedded GP Welfare Rights Advice service. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with the drive and enthusiasm to ensure the provision of a quality advice and information service to the public. We are an established Citizens Advice Bureau with a solid reputation for delivering well-managed, proactive, quality assured services, directly and in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector agencies.
Advisers will be co-located in GP surgeries working face to face with clients (when restrictions ease) and will undertake casework. The successful candidates will be self-motivated, enthusiastic team members with excellent interpersonal skills, the appropriate technical skills and a commitment to the work of the CAB Service. Good organisational skills are essential, as is experience in welfare benefits and money advice work and knowledge of computer systems and their applications.
The posts are subject to the receipt of a satisfactory PVG check.
Holidays: 37 days annually including public holidays (pro rata for part time staff)
