About the job

Our ideal candidate will be a client-focused individual with experience of providing welfare benefits advice, to join us as a Help to Claim Adviser (Universal Credit). In this role you will be using telephony and webchat to help /ensure our clients get the support they need face to face.  We welcome applications from candidates with no CAB experience.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic team members with excellent interpersonal skills, the appropriate technical skills and a commitment to the work of the CAB service. Good organisational skills are essential.

The post is funded until March 2022 (with possible extension depending on funding).
