The overall purpose of the role is to write and develop tailored bids, tenders and funding proposals.
Drumchapel Citizens Advice Bureau is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fundraising Co-ordinator, working as an integral part of the Bureau, helping develop new business opportunities, access funding streams and to lead on the Bureau’s fundraising strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, with a proven track record of winning fundraising bids and preparing innovative applications as well as identifying new opportunities, bringing new funding into the organisation through the development of complex bids, with a good understanding of the requirements of fundraising in the third sector. They will demonstrate excellent communication and great commitment to make a real difference in the local community.
In order to secure the right person, we are willing to arrange hours to suit, as long as these fall within our core hours (9.00-5.00). We are also open to flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
