Advice provided by our service is free, independent, confidential, impartial and available to everyone. We are champions for both citizens and consumers and in 2015/16 the Citizens Advice Service in Scotland helped over 310,000 clients in Scotland deal with over one million issues overall.

We are currently recruiting for the post of Welfare & Mitigation Project Support Officer, on a fixed term basis until March 2018.

The successful candidate will be required to co-ordinate and collect data about the activity of welfare reform mitigation project; extract data from national statistics sources and compile spreadsheets, reports and data packs. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication between the project and bureau managers and provide advice, information and support for the effective delivery of the welfare reform mitigation service.

Applicants should demonstrate skilled use of Microsoft Office software, including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as excellent organisation and communication skills.
