Renting in Scotland is changing and everyday we help tenants and landlords navigate this. Recently, we've seen an increasing number of tenants seeking advice about how to manage rent on top of the increased cost of everyday essentials such as energy, food and fuel. We are also seeing landlords who are facing pressure to manage higher mortgage payments.
Having a safe, secure and sustainable home is of foundational importance and we want everyone to know that the Citizens Advice network in Scotland is here for you, with free, confidential and impartial advice.
This is why we're launching Keep Renting Right, a local campaign for CABs, aiming to inform and empower tenants and landlords about their renting rights and responsibilities. See below for different ways you can get advice and support.
