This vacancy is only available through No One Left Behind LTU programme. All applicants MUST be resident in Glasgow, aged 25 years+ and 12 months or more out of work and not in education or training who would, without significant investment, struggle to secure/sustain employment and experience additional barriers to securing employment e.g. carer, BAME, disability etc. 

Offer of employment is subject to production of evidence of address, right to work, and unemployment status. 

This opportunity is for a Triage Assistant to support the General Service Coordinator and Bureau Access Facilitator who oversee all means of access to the bureau. You will act as the first port of call for telephone enquiries, identify and prioritise emergency cases, as well as empowering clients to self-help where appropriate.

The successful applicant will act as the first point of contact for clients seeking advice, they will provide reassurance and direction to the most appropriate source of support, ensuring GNWCAB can maximise capacity and efficient use of resources.
