Drumchapel CAB is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work in our busy office offering support to our administration/training team.  The job role will include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:

  • Recording information on our bespoke database
  • Online Filing
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages and book appointments
  • General clerical tasks
  • Process office correspondence

The successful candidate must be eager to learn and have a polite and upbeat personality. Computer knowledge is required and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages would be advantageous.
