Citizens Advice Edinburgh are looking an exceptional Advice Service Coordinator, who share our vision that everyone in Edinburgh should have access to free, high quality, independent and impartial advice and support whenever they need it.

COVID-19 will have a long term social, health and economic impact on many people in our community and Citizens Advice Edinburgh is making sure that we have the resources and expertise needed to meet that demand and deliver service continuity in any lockdown restrictions that may be required now and in the future. We are also looking to build on advances in the flexibility of access to our services, that have been achieved over the last 12 months.

If you have experience in the advice sector, are a strong advocate for social change and want to be part of an organisation with an incredible history of serving its local community, we could have the role for you. Volunteers are at the heart of our service, advocating a model of community social responsibility, so a commitment to supporting volunteers is essential.

We are looking for an exceptional Advice Services Coordinator, who will lead a team of front-line reception staff and volunteers and help ensure that our advice services run efficiently, have access to all the resources they require and grows and adapts to the needs of the community we are here to serve. You will have excellent resource management skills and experience of, or confidence in, facilities management.
