Reservoir Amendment Regulations 2015

Citizens Advice Scotland welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Scottish Government’s consultation on the Reservoirs (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015. Our response highlights the need for development of public engagement activities for communities in close proximity to reservoirs and measures to ensure community safety remains at the heart of decision making, in particular during periods of heavy rain and ground saturation.
