Consumer Advocate Consultation Response

Joint response from CAS and Citizens Advice (England and Wales) to the BIS consultation on 'The Role and Powers of the Consumer Advocate'.

Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland agree that there is a need for a facility for collective actions for consumers, and believe that a Consumer Advocate could fulfil this role. We have a number of concerns about the Consumer Advocate post and powers outlined in this consultation.
