CAS have responded to the The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) consultation on plans to introduce a price-cap on high cost short term credit products.
Citizens Advice Scotland highlight the issues that clients have presented to CAB from using high cost short term credit. We review the proposals made by the FCA for their price cap on this market and provide feedback on how it may be made best to work for consumer protection.
