We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic team member with excellent interpersonal skills, the appropriate technical skills and a commitment to the work of the CAB service.
As an Energy Project Officer you will be required to provide vital energy advice and assistance to individuals and households throughout the Western Isles, offering energy efficiency advice, tariff and heating advice, dealing with billing enquiries, advice on switching suppliers, payment methods and fuel debt advice. Advice will be provided via in-person appointments in the Bureau, home visits, telephone or email.
The Energy Project Officer will be supported to undertake and obtain the City & Guilds Energy Awareness (level 3) qualification, unless already achieved.
A full driving licence is essential with access to a car as some travel may be necessary.
