About the job:
The post holder will provide advice and support to people in Coatbridge and neighbouring villages who are facing financial hardship, with a focus on maximising income and maximising home energy efficiency and cost-saving including applications for hardship grants/vouchers or negotiating with utility companies on client’s behalf. They will provide the service flexibly, face to face, by phone or e mail at the CAB and local community venues if required.
