About the job

We are looking for a client-focused, experienced telephone triage support assistant to join our ever-expanding team. This role is our front-line contact, answering our busy helpline, assisting clients who present at the Bureau and dealing with a range of tasks, such as managing clients waiting times and expectations, arranging and co-ordinating appointments with both generalist and specialist advisers, taking and relaying messages and providing administration support to our Session Supervisor/Operational Support Assistant.

The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, with exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills.  You will have relevant experience, excellent customer service skills and demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.  Proficiency using a range of IT tools to carry out your work as well as a sound knowledge and proven experience of databases, websites, social media and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Committed, results-driven and supportive to the needs of others, you work well within a team and are willing to follow and develop agreed procedures.
