East and Central Sutherland Citizens Advice Bureau, based in Golspie, is an independent advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. The Bureau covers a large geographical area of east and central Sutherland - to the north as far as Helmsdale, Kinbrace, in land to Altnaharra and south to Edderton.
This role is responsible for overall operational control and management of the bureau within an agreed strategic framework. This role will be responsible for securing and managing funding in order to develop and deliver quality advice services across the service area. You will be an inspiring, and self-motivated individual who can provide vision, deliver results and act as an ambassador for our organisation’s aims, principles and work. You will be a strong and effective communicator with a proven record of leadership, people management, strategic development, and the delivery of outcome-focused services. You will be passionate about volunteering and fully committed to working with our communities and partners.
