We have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to undertake the recruitment, training and development of the workforce at Aberdeen Citizens Advice Bureau (ACAB). The role will be to undertake an annual training needs analysis, create a rolling training plan and deliver any necessary training to all ACAB personnel as required. The role works closely alongside our Management Team and senior staff to ensure areas of poor performance are identified and training is designed to address this and any gaps identified. The role also involves ensuring all personnel achieve the minimum training requirements annually for their roles.
