The Citizens Advice Bureau offers a Free, Confidential and Impartial advice and representation service to the residents of East Dunbartonshire. We are currently recruiting for a Money Advice Worker with a good working knowledge of money advice or debt/counselling experience including a knowledge of the benefits system and of money advice legislation.
Knowledge of money advice strategies is essential as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The post will be based in the CAB between Bishopbriggs and Kirkintilloch although the service will be delivered in various outreach locations throughout East Dunbartonshire. There will also be a requirement to provide home visits.
The Organisation is currently operating on a hybrid model of working between home and office. The opportunity is also available for condensed hours.
Current driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
