For this project East Ayrshire CAB is working in partnership with East Ayrshire Council – ESF Financial Inclusion Pathways Operation.
We are looking for 3 highly motivated individuals who are interested in a career as a Trainee Debt / Money Adviser
Applicants should be aged 18-64 years old and live in East Ayrshire.
In addition, applicants must also meet 1 of the eligibility criteria which falls into the following 3 target groups;
- Workless Household
- Lone Parent
- Low Income Household
(Please refer to information available via the links at the bottom of this page regarding eligibility criteria for the 3 key target groups).
Successful candidates will work towards becoming an accredited Money/Debt adviser by December 2022.
A full training and mentoring programme will be provided by East Ayrshire CAB.
Selected candidates should also demonstrate a commitment to Equal Opportunities, have good interpersonal skills both verbal and written and a working knowledge of IT systems (particularly Microsoft packages).
