Summary of main responsibilities:
Offer administration support to other staff working on the projects, to include maintaining accurate, confidential records in keeping with the CAB service requirements.
Maintaining any databases that the project workers use and ensure that any savings made to clients following advice/assistance are recorded.
With the support of the project workers, implement client triage procedures, handle incoming/outgoing mail, manage appointments & update the project calendar.
To assist with the promotion & marketing of the projects through production of information leaflets/flyers/press releases and social media and to assist in the distribution of materials.
To assist the project workers at presentations to outside agencies by ensuring all material required is produced & available in advance of the presentation.
To assist the project workers with training for volunteers, other advisers & outside agencies in order to increase knowledge of these issues.
Attend and take minutes of project meetings & circulate minutes to all involved.
Report to the Project workers & Project Supervisor
