Pension Wise Guidance Specialist (Fixed Term) - Western Isles Citizens Advice Service

Pension Wise is the free and impartial HM Government service providing guidance to people about their defined contribution pension options.

Western Isles Citizens Advice Service is currently recruiting a Pension Wise Guidance Specialist. The successful candidate will provide quality information and guidance to defined contribution pension savers over the telephone and face to face, helping them to make better choices about their pension options.

You will have proven knowledge of pensions law and practice gained in a technical pensions role coupled with a thorough understanding of occupational and personal pension products and wider retirement issues. Strong communication and skills and numerical ability are essential.
