About the job:
Moray Citizens Advice Bureau is seeking to recruit a Patient Adviser who will work with the bureaux in the Grampian Health Board area. The Patient Adviser will provide advice and information to clients who wish to give feedback /comments or raise concerns/complaints to the NHS, support bureau volunteers, produce quarterly statistical reports, carry out marketing and liaise with external organisations.
