Citizens Advice Edinburgh - Mediation Service

This Outreach Service is by Appointment and Drop In. This is a voluntary form of dispute resolution where both parties must agree to attend.  It is free to Simple Procedure cases and cases are referred by the Sheriff.  Mediation can assist parties to resolve disputes which could save both money and further time spent in court.
