You have strong business and management skills, a demonstrable interest in or experience of the third sector. You have the energy and enthusiasm to be part of the senior management team in a dynamic and forward looking advice giving organisation.
This post requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, effective time management, good negotiation skills and the ability to make quick and clear decisions. A willingness to deliver service excellence and to be a good role model for a mixed team of paid staff and volunteers is essential. Your focus will be business development and sustainability. You will also lead on marketing strategies, be involved in service development and engage in relevant networking activities.
Travel throughout Fife is a requirement of the post. Some attendance at meetings and events elsewhere will also be expected.
