Inverness Badenoch and Strathspey Citizens Advice Bureau is currently recruiting for a Pension Wise Guidance Specialist on a fixed-term contact until the end of March 2018 (and extension to March 2019 subject to confirmation of funding)
Pension Wise is the free and impartial service that provides information and guidance to members of the public about accessing their defined contribution pension savings. The Pension Wise Guidance Specialist will provide personalised, quality information and guidance to members of the public during a face to face appointment, helping them to understand the full implications of their pension choices.
Successful candidates will have a proven knowledge and understanding of pensions gained within a technical pensions role as well as strong listening and questioning skills, excellent organisational skills, good numerical and IT skills, and knowledge of consumer financial challenges.
