To support volunteer advice workers at the Bureau, including follow-up generalist case-work, case checking and training.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of CASTLE, including case checking and will also have the necessary skills and experience to train/support volunteer Advisers and to ensure that the service delivered meets the required Citizens Advice Scotland quality assurance standards.
This employment is initially for 26 weeks from 17th October 2016, followed by a further period of up to 26 weeks during which time the current post holder may decide to give a minimum of 8 week’s notice of her intention to return to work early from maternity leave
