Renfrewshire Citizens Advice is a progressive and dynamic bureau in the heart of Paisley.  It is made up of the main bureau, various outreaches and specialist casework services who all work together to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and an adaptable person to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has experience in providing advice and representation on matters of welfare rights. You should be able to demonstrate the skills and commitment to ensure that people impacted by welfare reform are supported through the changes and receive the advice they need to minimise the impact of change. Outreach and home visits will be required.

You will be self-motivated and results driven, passionate about social justice, have excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills as well as being computer literate. You will have an understanding of the importance of excellent customer services and have a commitment to equality and diversity.
