More about the job
CARF has an opportunity available for a Bureau Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover).
Candidates must have experience of volunteer recruitment, support and supervision and the direct provision of information and advice in a Citizen Advice Bureau setting or similar. An understanding of quality standards and auditing of advice work is necessary. The role will require you to work with minimal supervision across two offices (Dunfermline and Glenrothes) so excellent time management, proven diagnostic and problem solving abilities are expected.
The post primarily involves working between Dunfermline and Glenrothes Offices, sharing responsibilities with the existing Bureau Co-ordinators. Flexibility to assist in any other area of the organisation, in liaison with the Senior Bureau Co-ordinator, is also required.
