CAS are currently recruiting for the post of Administrator, initially on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in providing an efficient administrative function to both the Development and Information team.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated administrator to provide an efficient administrative function to two large and busy teams. You will provide a professional, responsive and accurate administration service in a fast paced environment.

To fulfil the role effectively, you will have experience in minute taking, the administration of budgets and recording expenditure. You will have excellent communication skills and pay close attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy. You will be a team player, able to work on your own initiative and be willing to contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the operation and coordination of the team. In addition to having strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, you will have experience of managing databases and work recording and reporting.
