Consumer Futures Unit Consultation Response: Public consultation on pharmaceuticals in the environment (European Commission)

Being the consumer representative for the Scottish water industry, our consultation response highlighted the need to protect consumers from the negative impacts of pharmaceuticals in the environment. In addition, information on the appropriate use of public wastewater services should be available to consumers to support the right behaviours that deliver better outcomes for themselves and the environment.
